Ken Griffey Jr. did. $1,500 worth, to be exact.

I am sure some of you saw this when it ran, but even a few days late, it's still pretty amusing.

Jefferson Wolfe: This is what my resume said a few years ago. I didn't believe it then, either: "Your need for a dedicated and creative writer with the know-how to effectively write stories that appeal and motivate diverse audiences has prompted me to submit to you my confidential resume for your consideration. My résumé does more than recite a dry job history. I want you to see how I have reached diverse audiences. Behind my words are my unchanging professional standards:  My responsibility as reporter goes far beyond researching, interviewing, and writing articles. I must find the right stories while they are still fresh.  I must build popularity by writing columns that increase the size of your readership.  My success depends on my credibility – with my sources, coworkers and with readers."
