Referring back to the past post on potential anti-christs and the comments, Bono, not the lead singer of U2, but the late Sonny Bono, might have been an anti-christ. He was fair, had a successful TV show, Sonny and Cher, and entered politics, was elected to Congress. Might have ended up in a position to do some damage. May have set in motion today's foul problems.

BASEBALL

Major League Baseball has to do something about loading up playoff caliber teams with players from other teams. Maybe its just more apparent to an Indians fan. Baseball is loading up the same teams year after year, especially in television markets. Its beginning to look a little like baseball is unbalancing teams on purpose.

Ben Fransico just made a diving catch after a double-switch for Cliff Lee on Charlie Manual's Phillies.

Cliff Lee, Pavano, and even Sabbathia. Betencourt in relief.
I didn't even realize Jim Thome was a Dodger, they already start three Indians, Belliard, Blake, and Manny. Victor a Bosox (and P. Byrd and coach J Farrell). Ludwick and De Rosa Cardinals.
Only the Angels have no Indians (is that Iztursis a former minor leaguer?)

The Indians played a direct role in giving a very good player to each playoff team within the past two years, many this year.

I look forward to seeing four Indians in the Dodger lineup in the World Series when Thome will DH, even if one of them is Casey Blake.

The Indians in the playoffs are better than the current Indians. The Indians in the playoffs could win the World Series, maybe without even a few more relievers. Looks like the Indians have pitcher Masterson and Matt Laporta to show so far for two years of dumping players, or just cooperating with the league office.
