A phrase I hate

Lots of people like to fall back on saying, "At this time ..."
As in "At this time, we will all move to the bleachers for a musical number by Joan Jett."
You don't need it. Ever.
The meaning is always the same as if you didn't add "at this time."

At this time I cannot state approximately when I last utilized the internet.

Okay, it has been about four or five days since I used the internet.

I heard about your plane and luggage troubles, but not the concert.

Next time send your luggage by parcel post or just buy or rent some clothes(although there might be some work clothes you cannot do without)

People just do not need to fly with luggage, period. Charging for luggage is legimate.
