And, I ask myself, what kind of filing system do they have that puts Natalie Wood movies in a position to be mixed up with a 1960s British TV show?

The same filing system that two years ago instead of sending me the first season of the new Doctor Who sent me a book on education with deaf children that had been ordered by a woman in New York. I've never had this problem with amazon.com before, but it's funny that we've both had this kind of problem with Barnes & Noble.
