I think I have linked to something like this before. It's images of celebrities then and now with a discussion about whether or not plastic surgery does anyone any good.
As far as I am concerned, plastic surgery for vanity's sake usually just makes someone look worse. Take a look at Kenny Rogers and Priscilla Presley. Yechhhh.

Kenny Rogers made some great songs.
"You have to know when to hold em and know when to fold em" seems to apply to plastic surgery as well as card playing.
Actually, "You've painted up your lips and rolled and curled your tinted hair. Ruby are you contemplating going out somewhere? applies in a more directly, if darker sort of way. Kenny (and others) sang those lyrics.
Kenny Rogers voice changed in the mid to late eighties. That is why he went into the fried chicken business.
There has to be a joke about plastic surgery in The Naked Gun movies somewhere.
